What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Shop Pay.
Can I make any changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes, please reach out to our team by email at email@example.com as soon as you can. We will always do our best to help, however, we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been placed and cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all states in the US, including PO boxes and to Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders within the contininental US over $65. For orders within the continental US that are less than $65, shipping is a flat rate of $7. For all orders in Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories, it is a flat rate of $10.
For orders in Canada, shipping is a flat rate of $15.
All rates are in USD.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We will ship out your order within 2 business days of order placement. From there, our standard shipping within the US is 3-6 business days and 2 business days for expedited shipping. Our standard shipping for orders in Canada is 4-8 business days. You’ll receive a notification when your order is on the way with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the plastic wrap intact. What if my box arrived damaged?
We definitely hope this never happens, but if it does, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the puzzle(s) with the plastic wrap still intact so we can make it right.
I'm missing a piece! How can I get a replacement?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please send us an email to email@example.com with a clear picture of your almost completed puzzle, and include your name and order number. We will send you a replacement piece free of charge.
