We ship to all states in the US, including PO boxes, and to Canada.
Orders in the US over $65: Free Standard Shipping (3-6 business days)
Orders in the US under $65: Flat rate of $7 for Standard Shipping
Expedited Orders: Flat rate of $15 (2 business days)
All orders in Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories: Flat rate of $10
All orders shipping to Canada: Flat rate of $15 (4-8 business days)
*CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES: Quiette is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please make yourself aware of what charges might be incurred, before placing your order.
We will ship out your order within 2 business days of order placement. You’ll receive a notification when your order is on the way with tracking information.

Lost or stolen packages
Quiette is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your missing or stolen package.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the plastic wrap intact.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number with a description of the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll respond with details on how to return your product. Please note, original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded the full price you paid when checking out, minus original shipping charges. Depending on your bank, your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
